Coming up Roses

When I look down I see this...

If I bend over...mostly to a 45 degree angle, I see this.
Now who is proud of me because I painted my own tootsies! It was not easy people!

Because I now look like this!

Because of all of these...

My friend Mindy was over yesterday and mentioned to me that I have a lot of fruit and I should point that out to ya'll, least ya'll believe that I only eat junk, so here, for Mindy....

Who incidentally is married to one of the wonderful guys who came over to help us paint the nursery. (in case you were wondering he is the one standing in the background pointing to a spot Nate missed...Mark is a perfectionist.) Thanks Nate and Mark for helping in a small way on something that was so hard for us.

And the title is because of these...my roses are coming in, or up...ain't they beeUtiful?

Carie,

You look great. So does your home and your BEAUTIFUL roses. I keep forgetting to buy those golden oreos to give them a shot. You don't have that far to go do you?!? So exciting. Still praying for you and your baby boy and Captain. Have an awesome weekend girl! - jen

OK you definitely earned a mommy merit badge for painting your own tootsies!

Seriously, you really painted them yourself? How in the world? I can't even think about doing that and I know your belly is slightly bigger than mine. And I agree with Sarah, you do look good.

Hey Carie,

I am scheduled for a C section July 14th... so we are about one month apart. I keep thinking I should measure my waist to see how many inches it is... but I can't find the measuring tape! (read sarcasm: darn;) I do have to have BK take a "belly picture though" PS. I am cranking this Jeremy Camp song, it's late and my family is sleeping, but I absolutley love it. Peace to you this weekend. Have a great holiday! -jen
