Giving Thanks

I LOVE Thanksgiving. It is true...it is my favorite holiday. Mostly because of the food...ahhh...the food. but I also love the family part. You know, the eating together, then hanging around the rest of the day and picking at the leftovers and playing games or watching the game on TV.

This year I know it is going to difficult for me and my family. I, and I think I am in the sever minority in my family, am still looking forward to the holiday. In fact I am blessed enough to have 3 in my near future...YEAH!

So let us be Thankful together to Him who has blessed us so abundantly.
Please leave a comment about why you thank God this year.

I will start.

I am thankful that God has opened my eyes to see the overflow of love, caring and prayer He has given us in the form of family and friends. I am in awe. I am thankful for my husband, who loves me beyond rational reason and sacrifices himself and his desires and wants for me more often than I deserve. I am thankful for new life. I am thankful I am a mommy, and had the immense pleasure of having a daughter. I am thankful that He is faithful, and carries me daily to places I have never been, nor would be without Him.

What are you thankful for?

Hi. This Thanksgiving I'm thankful for my family, friends, and all the amazing oppurtunities I've had throughout my life. I'm thankful I haven't yelled at my chemistry teacher (I would never do that, but he seriously can't teach). I am thankful for Harry Potter, Twilight, and the Disney Channel, because without these things I would be very bored. I'm thankful for the Gospel, and that I was able to be born into a family that taught me right from wrong at a young age. I'm thankful for all me blessings and talents, and even for my trials, though they are hard to overcome.
I'm also thankful for Caden, who I still think about often. I'm thankful for your example, too.
Happy Thanksgiving

I am thankful for my family and friends. I am also thankful that God always provides even when we dont know how and think we dont deserve it. I am thankful for our health, and that we were able to figure out what was causing Luke's rash. I am thankful that even in the tough economy that we both have employment and that I have an extremely flexible schedule so I can spend most of the day with Luke. On a side note...im extremely thankful for the Thanksgiving dinner I will be eating in a few hours!!! Cari- I agree with you...I LOVE THANKSGIVING TOO!!!

Hi. Molly and I wanted to come and visit you sometime, but I emailed your mom at Bunker Hill, and she said you aren't at FTMS anymore. Anyway, we wanted to come see you (plus I have a present). Could you email me at jcangl11@gmail.com ?
Thanks.

I am thankful for our weekly meetings which teach me great things about our Lord and gives me many things to think about throughout the following days. I am thankful for my beautiful family, all of the food I ate over the weekend, and a beautiful Christmas to come.

I'm thankful for Allen Sparks, who was somehow able to dress up as Santa Claus today to bring joy to kids' lives, including my son, Isaac. (and Trish too!)
